Spring Camp Holiday Program
Spring Camp Youth Basketball
This involves the teaching of Basketball and Fundamental drills to enhance the kids’ skills in playing the game of basketball. This program is usually 1 hour per day and is between the age group of 5-11 years.
Spring Camp Skills Clinic
This is an intense skill drilling for the kids, with physical fitness to give them the strength and agility to play the game of basketball. This program concentrates more on the repetition of skills in other to make the kids perfect in each skill per day. It’s usually a 2-hour class and is between the age group of 8-18 years.
Spring Camp Fitness Training
This training involves structured activities that is geared towards building up your body structure, improving your health and reduce the risk of developing several bodies mal function. The program is mainly from 12 and above. It’s either 1 hour or 2 hours training.

- Speed and agility drills to help you improve defense and overall agility.
We address technical, tactical, and applied aspects of basketball that will help a player develop their game beyond the level they are currently at.
